Cherries are $1.69/lb at the store this week and now I'm thinking about delicious cherry desserts to make. We made the America's Test Kitchen Sweet Cherry Pie on Saturday (note: much better when you DON'T forget the 1/2 cup of sugar in the filling....but salvageable with ice cream). I highly recommend it. This week I think we are going to give the Roasted Cherry Brownies a try. And if we have leftovers then we'll do one of the ice creams. Or maybe I'll make a cherry cobbler. I can't decide. More than likely we will probably make all of these.
